Patient has been suffering from lower back pain for about 30 years. Diagnosed with spinal stenosis at another hospital.

Chief Complaint:
Lower back pain of over 30 years.

Diagnosis:
Intervertebral disc degeneration and lumbar disc herniation at L2/3 L3/4 L4/5 L5/S disc levels.

Considered to be suitable for the DST (Discseel™) Treatment at 4 disc levels
